The Dharma Diaries
The Dharma Diaries is where I talk through whatever I’m currently trying to understand—about myself, the world, belief systems, conditioning, astrology, culture, and the general weirdness of being alive right now.
There’s no format, no ads, and no agenda. Some episodes are reflections, some are talking through life shifts, some are me circling questions I don’t have answers to yet. I’m not teaching anything or trying to lead anyone anywhere—I’m just thinking out loud and saying what feels true in the moment.
If honest, wandering conversations about consciousness that don’t wrap things up neatly and aren’t afraid to sit in uncertainty are your jam, you’ll probably feel at home here.
